Take pinhole images in our pre-loaded cameras and develop them in our mobile HORSEBOX DARKROOM.
Pinhole cameras are the simplest form of photography and encourage a focus on the essential elements;
light + time.
Pinhole cameras have no viewfinder and this unpredictable style of photography is a leap of faith that naturally embraces imperfections, such as light leaks and other distortions.
Each image is captured on photo sensitive paper with exposures often taking upwards of 30 seconds.
Think of pinhole photos as moments in time.
Pinhole photography acts as a form of active meditation that can reduce thoughts about the past or future, helping achieve a flow state; a state of total immersion and focused engagement that is incompatible with negative rumination.
Research shows that spending time in nature can lower stress hormones, improve mood, and calm the nervous system.
